Add a 365 Authenticator App
Think of this like two keys to access your emails: your password, and a code or approval from your phone. To make it easy, we made a video and a couple of guides on how to set it up.

When you sign in, Microsoft may show a two-digit number on screen. You type that number into the Authenticator app. This is called number matching and it stops people approving a sign-in they did not start.

- To increase account security and reduce hacked accounts.
- What if someone leaves the company?
- No worries. We can remove the app and reset it.
- Does it cost anything?
- No, the app is free.
- Can we still use text codes?
- Yes, if they were already set up.
- Can one office mobile be used for many accounts?
- Yes.
- What if I do not do anything?
- Your email will keep working, but Microsoft will stop letting you sign in until it is set up.
