The main business plans
- Exchange Online: business email only.
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic: email, Teams, and web versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with cloud storage.
- Microsoft 365 Apps for business: the desktop apps, without email.
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard: email, Teams and the desktop apps.
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium: everything in Standard plus stronger security and device management. This is the one we usually recommend for business.
Getting a current price
Prices depend on the plan, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and when you buy, and they are quoted in Australian dollars ex GST. Month-to-month usually costs more than a yearly commitment.
