“Apart from the team being able to take their phones home if needed and not having to fill in the little paper labels for people’s names on each phone in the office, my fave thing is that we have it set up so that when the phone rings – everyone’s phone in the office rings, except mine! I still can pick up calls and can get transfers etc obviously, but I love not having the phone ring when I’m doing deep work – has been a game changer for me.”
