Inbound email filtering scans your messages and pops them into different categories - for example spam, adult, bulk, virus, impostor, and others. Outbound email filtering uses the same process to scan messages sent from you - to ensure you aren’t unintentionally sending on any potentially harmful messages to other people.

Business Protect Plan

With your emails secured, Business Protect looks at securing your external and internal accounts with multifactor security and computer/server backups. This involves us loading software onto all of your work devices, so it can keep an eye out for any new software that might be potentially harmful.

This plan also includes the rollout of a password manager - that’s right, it’s time to throw away the password book, delete the password spreadsheet - and step up your protection! Our password manager allows you to share company passwords to all any team member you choose - while being super secure, hidden! It also includes a password breach watch - which lets you know if any of your passwords have been compromised, so you can change it ASAP.

Business Advanced Plan

Our Business Advanced Plan includes staff training - to help your team learn how to spot a fake email or malicious download. The Security Phishing addon will test your staff with a fake email - to see how much they’ve learned - with a follow up full report to show you how your staff react, and what repercussions could have taken place.

This package also includes Advanced Anti-Virus - which uses AI technology to add another layer to your cybersecurity, backed by a dedicated security operations team. Vault closed!

Business Premium steps you up to a managed firewall, which monitors all internet traffic to your business (time to clean up those search histories!). Our firewall protection comes with a license for web filtering, intrusion protection, application policies and network scanning - which defends you against malware, spyware, intrusions, spam, and unwanted applications.
